How do I apply for a Rental Property?

You can apply for a rental property by visiting our website, selecting the property you are interested in, and filling out the online application form. You can also contact our agents for assistance. Typically, we require a completed application form, proof of income (such as pay stubs or employment letters), credit report, and references from previous landlords.

How do I request maintenance or repairs?

For maintenance or repair requests, please use our online maintenance request form that is accessed through pages section, or contact us directly. We aim to address all requests promptly.

How long does the application process take?

The application process usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on the completeness of your application and the responsiveness of your references.

Are utilities & furniture included in the rent?

All of our rentals include utilities such as water, heat, internet and electricity. We also furnish our rooms to provide a comfortable space. Please refer to the property listing for specific information.

What happens if I need to break my lease early?

If you need to break your lease early, please contact us as soon as possible. We can provide you with the necessary information and options. We require you to let us know 2 months ahead of the breaking process.

How can I make a payment?

We accept the forms of payment in cash, e-transfer or cheque. We require you to make payments on the every pre-determined date every 4 weeks.
